Mix sugar, oil, juice, vanilla and eggs. Beat well. Add flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and beat again. Fold in apples.
Do not beat after apples are added. Bake in preheated oven 1 1/2 hours at 325Β°. Greasing and lightly flouring the Bundt pan will make a prettier cake.
