Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. cooking oil, 2 tsp. vanilla extract, 2 well-beaten eggs and juice of 1/2 lemon or 3 tbsp. realemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine sugar, oil, vanilla, eggs, lemon juice and salt in mixing bowl.
Beat well.
Mix flour and soda.
Add to first mixture and beat well again.
Add apples and pecans.
Mix well. Bake in a tube pan which has been greased and dusted with flour. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325Β°.
