Blend sugar, eggs and oil with a fork.
Add flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt; mix with a large spoon.
Cut apples in 1/8's.
Fold apples into batter.
Batter will be thick.
Bake in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan for 1 hour at 350Β°.
