Beat eggs and oil until foamy.
Sift flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon together.
Add to egg mixture.
Add remaining ingredients and mix.
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with cream cheese topping while hot.
