Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1-1/2 tsp. baking soda, 3 c. plain flour, 1 c. vegetable oil and 3 c. diced, peeled apples, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Sift sugar, soda, flour, spices and salt together in a bowl.
Add eggs, oil and vanilla, mixing well.
Add apples and nuts.
Pour into greased tube pan and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Remove cake from oven, place in heavy brown bag immediately, close tightly and let stand until cool.
This is delicious.
