Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil and 3 large eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Sift flour, baking soda and salt onto waxed paper.
Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Grease 10-inch Bundt pan.
In large bowl, beat together oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla until blended.
Stir in flour mixture and fold in apples and almonds.
Pour batter into greased pan.
Bake 1 1/2 hours or until cake tester comes out clean.
Cool cake in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes.
Unmold cake from pan and cool completely before serving.
Makes 1 cake.
