Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter or margarine, softened, 2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 2 eggs and 2 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs and flour alternately.
Add cinnamon.
Mix well.
Add apples and pecans. Stir well.
Pour in 9 x 13 baking dish (glass works well).
Grease or spray with Pam or Baker's Joy.
Bake 45 minutes at 325Β°.
