Fresh Apple Cake

Mix sugar and oil with electric mixer.
Beat at high speed for 4 minutes.
Add eggs one at a time, beating each one for 1 minute. Mix dry ingredients together and dates.
Add to mixture.
Fold in vanilla, apples and nuts.
Pour into tube cake pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick comes out clean.
