Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. wesson oil, 1 1/2 sticks margarine, 2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, well beaten and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream the sugar, oil and margarine.
Sift flour and dry ingredients.
Add eggs to creamed mixture alternately with flour mixture.
Mix well, then add vanilla, apples and nuts.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove from oven.
Cool for 10 minutes and glaze.
Also good without glaze.
