Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. wesson oil, 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, well beaten, 3 c. flour and 1 1/2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

👨🍳 Instructions
Combine oil and sugar; add well beaten eggs.
Sift together flour, cinnamon, allspice, salt and soda to first mixture.
Add vanilla, chopped apples and pecans.
Bake on sheet pan or tube pan for about 50 minutes or when toothpick comes out clean.
Bake at 300° or 325°.
