Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sifted plain flour, 3 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. oil and 3 c. peeled raw cubed apples, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Beat eggs, add sugar and oil.
Sift flour with salt and soda. Use a little flour to coat nuts and apples.
Beat remaining flours into egg mixture.
Add vanilla.
Add apples and nuts.
Stir well. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
Place in cold oven. Bake at 275° for 10 minutes.
Turn oven to 350° and bake 1 hour. Cook oleo, brown sugar and milk to boiling.
Turn out cake.
Pour glaze over warm cake.
