Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
Mix well.
Combine flour, salt, soda, spices and flavorings.
Add nuts, coconut and apples.
Mix well.

Pour in greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
