Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c. oil, 2 1/2 c. flour and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream by hand the sugar, vanilla and eggs.
Add oil.
Mix together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
Add nuts, then fold in 4 cups of diced raw apples (6 medium sized Winesaps are best).
Put in a well-greased and floured sheet cake pan. Sprinkle a 6 ounce package of butterscotch chips over top of batter.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for approximately 50 minutes.
Do not use mixer.
