Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 1/4 c. oil, 2 c. sugar, 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour and 2 medium apples, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Grease and flour tube cake pan.
Beat 3 eggs well; add 1 1/4 cups sugar.
Add 2 1/2 cups flour, 2 medium apples
(peeled, chopped), 1 cup shredded coconut and 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans.
Batter will be stiff.
Pour into and bake 1 hour (more or less). Remove from pan after cooled about 30 minutes and top with following while still warm.
