Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat 2 eggs slightly and pour into a well of flour mixture (flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon).
Add oil, apples, nuts and vanilla.
Pour batter into a 15 x 9 1/2 x 2-inch greased pan.
(I use lasagna size foil pans.)
Sprinkle topping on cake.
Put in cold oven.
Set oven at 325Β° and bake for 50 minutes.
