Beat eggs and sugar; add Wesson oil.
Sift dry ingredients together; add alternately grated apples to sugar mixture.
Add vanilla.
Dredge nuts in some of the flour (if you want any in cake).
Bake in tube pan at 300Β° for about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.
