Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. raw apples, chopped, lemon juice, 1 1/2 c. salad oil, 2 c. sugar and 2 large eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Prepare apples.
Put a little lemon juice over them; set aside and cover.
Add sugar and oil; mix well at low speed until creamy and smooth.
Flour and measure.
Sift again with salt, soda and baking powder.
Add flour mixture to creamed mixture a little at in well after each addition; add vanilla.
Batter is stiff, remove beaters and finish mixing by hand.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 55 minutes to 1 hour at 350Β°.
