Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. salad oil, 2 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 2 1/2 c. flour and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In large bowl, mix oil, eggs and sugar.
In separate bowl, sift dry ingredients.
Add to mixture.
Stir in apples and nuts. Spread into well-greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Distribute chips onto top of cake.
Bake at 350Β° for 55 to 60 minutes.
For best results, bake at least 2 to 3 days before serving.
