Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 2 large eggs, 2 1/2 c. sifted flour and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place sugar in a bowl.
Add oil and eggs; beat well.
Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, soda and salt.
Add flour mixture to egg mixture and blend.
Add pecans and apples.
Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until it tests done.
Serve warm and top with ice cream or Cool Whip.
