Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. oil, 3 eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla, 2 c. apples, peeled and chopped and 1 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat together oil, eggs and vanilla.
Add sugar.
Sift together flour, salt and soda.
Add flour and apples alternately to mixture.
Stir in pecans and raisins.
Bake in tube pan at 325Β° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
