Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. salad oil, 2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 3 c. flour and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix oil and sugar; add eggs one at a time.
Add vanilla.
Mix together flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, apples, dates and nuts.
Add to other mixture.
Grease and flour pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours in a tube or Bundt pan. If you freeze cake, use only 1 1/4 cups oil.
