Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. oil, 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour, 3 eggs and 2 c. chopped apples, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
👨🍳 Instructions
Mix sugar and oil.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add flour.
Mix. Add apples and nuts.
Mix well.
Pour mixture into greased and floured 8 x 12-inch or 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle butterscotch morsels on top of cake.
Bake at 325° to 350° for 45 minutes or until done.
