Fresh Apple Cake
Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 cups diced or sliced apples (about 4 apples), 2 c sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c cooking oil and 2 1/2 c flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Pour sugar over apples, mix and let stand.
Let the apples juice.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Separate 2 eggs and beat whites until stiff.
Pour cooking oil, egg yolks with apples and mix. Add dry ingredients, egg whites, and pecans; mix well.
Pour in tube or bundt pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 350Β°.
Let stand about 15 minutes before removing from pan.
