Chop peeled apples and set aside.
Pour oil in large mixing bowl.
Add sugar and eggs and beat until creamy on low speed.
Add flour, salt, soda, baking powder and spices which have been sifted together.
Mix well, then add pecans and raw apples.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 hour in three loaf pans which have been well greased or lined with aluminum foil.
