French Rice
French Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can campbell's french onion soup, 1 stick margarine, melted, 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (stems and pieces) and 1 c. uncooked uncle ben's converted rice (don't substitute), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix soup and margarine and stir.
Drain mushrooms and reserve liquid.
Add enough water to the mushroom liquid to make 1 1/2 cups total.
Add mushrooms, liquid and rice to soup mixture and stir well.
Pour into a 10 x 6-inch (about) baking dish.
Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Serves 8.
