French Rice
French Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can french onion soup, 1/2 c. melted butter, 1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts and 1 c. uncooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine soup and butter in bowl; mix well.
Drain mushrooms and water chestnuts, reserving liquid.
Add enough water to liquid to measure 1 1/3 cups. Add to soup mixture.
Stir in mushrooms, water chestnuts and rice.
Pour into greased casserole.
Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 1 hour.

8 servings.
