French Rice
French Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can onion soup, undiluted, 1/2 c. butter, melted, 4 1/2 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, 8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts and 1 c. uncooked regular rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine butter; stir well. Drain mushrooms and chestnuts (reserve liquid).
Add enough water to liquid to make 1 1/2 cups.
Add mushrooms, chestnuts, liquid and rice to soup mixture; into lightly greased baking dish, 10 x 6 x 2-inches.
Cover and bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
