French Rice
French Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can onion soup, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted, 1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, undrained, 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, undrained and 1 c. uncooked regular rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine soup and butter.
Stir. Drain mushrooms and water chestnuts. Save liquid.
Add enough water to reserved liquid to make 1 1/3 cups.
Add mushrooms, chestnuts, liquid and rice to soup.
Stir and pour into greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350Β° covered for 1 hour.
