French Pudding Cake
French Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oleo, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. 10x sugar, 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained and 1 (12 oz.) carton cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook first 3 ingredients over medium heat until thickened. Set aside to cool.
In large flat dish, put 1/2 of vanilla wafers in bottom.
Put a layer of 1/2 egg mixture, 1/2 pineapple, 1/2 Cool Whip and 1/2 pecans.
Repeat and garnish with cherries, coconut and pecans.
