French Pudding
French Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c. nuts, chopped, 1 c. crushed pineapple and 1/2 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream butter and sugar; add beaten eggs.
Roll out vanilla wafers.
Put 1/2 of crumbs in greased bowl.
Pour mixture of sugar, butter and eggs over crumbs.
Add whipped cream or Cool Whip, then pineapple.
Add rest of crumbs.
Top with nuts. Refrigerate 24 hours.
