French Pudding
French Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. melted butter, 2 eggs, 1/2 pt. whipped cream and 1/2 lb. vanilla wafers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine sugar, butter and eggs.
Whip cream.
Roll wafers into crumbs.
Place 1/2 of the crumbs in a greased 7 x 12-inch dish, then pour in egg mixture.
Spread over with thawed strawberries. Fold whipped cream over this.
Top with remaining crumbs; top with pecans.
Chill for several hours, or freeze.
If frozen, remove from freezer and place in refrigerator for an hour before serving.
