French Prime Rib
French Prime Rib is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 to 4 lb.) prime rib roast, 1/4 c. olive oil, 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp. pepper blend, crushed and 1 tbsp. thyme, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place rib roast in a large bowl.
Combine olive oil and Worcestershire sauce; rub this mixture thoroughly into roast.
Mix all herbs and spices together; place on a large piece of waxed paper.
Roll the roast in the seasonings until covered.
Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours, or until meat thermometer reaches 160° for medium.
Remove from oven, cover with foil and let stand for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve with Parmesan Potatoes.
