French Pecans
French Pecans is an easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, beaten stiff, 3/4 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3 c. pecan halves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat egg whites.
Add sugar and vanilla.
Beat well.
Mix pecans in and take out, one at a time.
Put on a buttered cool cookie sheet.
Preheat oven to 250Β°.
Cook pecans for 30 minutes. Turn oven off and leave in for 10 minutes.
Move from cookie sheet to waxed paper.
Will store in tin container only.
