French Peas
French Peas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with family size pkg. frozen peas, 1 can drained bean sprouts, 1 can campbell's mushroom soup, 1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained and 1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Saute onion in small amount of oleo.
Barely cook peas (leave crunchy!).
Mix all ingredients, topping casserole with the French fried onions.
Bake in a 350Β° oven until bubbly, about 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 10 to 12.
Leftovers may be frozen!
