French Hot Chocolate
French Hot Chocolate is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. water, 3 sq. (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate, 1/2 c. sugar, dash of salt and milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place water and chocolate in 2 cup glass measure.
Microwave for about 2 minutes on High or until melted.
Blend in sugar and salt.
Microwave for about one minute, on High, or until hot. Cool.
Fold in whipped cream.
Refrigerate until served.
To make one serving, combine 3 tablespoons chocolate mixture and desired amount of milk in individual glass cups or mugs.
Microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on High or until hot.
About 1 cup of chocolate mixture makes about 5 (6-ounce) servings.
Chocolate mixture can be made ahead and refrigerated up to a week.
