French Fudge
French Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or oleo, 18 oz. chocolate chips, 2 c. chopped nuts, 3 tbsp. vanilla and 4 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix in bowl the butter, chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla. Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with waxed paper.
Combine in heavy pan the sugar and milk.
Bring to a rolling boil and boil for exactly 6 minutes.
(Start timing when mixture comes to a rolling boil.) Pour over ingredients in bowl.
Mix well until chips are dissolved.
Pour into pan and chill.
