French Fudge
French Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, 1 can eagle brand milk, dash of salt, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In top of double boiler, melt chocolate over boiling water, stirring occasionally.
Remove from
Stir in milk, salt, vanilla and nuts.
Spread mixture evenly into wax paper-lined 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
Chill 2 hours.
Turn fudge onto cutting board. Peel off paper.
Cut into squares.
Makes about 1 3/4 pounds.
