Place fish in a shallow pan.
Combine remaining ingredients and spread evenly over fish.
Marinate in refrigerator 4 to 5 hours, or overnight, turning fish occasionally (optional).
Bake fish, uncovered, in a preheated 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
Place under the broiler for 5 minutes to brown.
