French Coconut Cake
French Coconut Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box duncan hines deluxe butter cake mix, 1 can crème of coconut, 1 can eagle brand milk, 1 large container cool whip and 1 pkg. frozen fresh coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Bake cake according to directions on box, using a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Remove from oven and while hot, drizzle crème of coconut over top, after poking cake full of holes.
Then drizzle can of Eagle Brand milk over cake.
Set aside and completely cool. Then spread Cool Whip over cooled cake.
Sprinkle with thawed coconut.
Refrigerate.
