French Chicken
French Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 2/3 c. flour, salt, pepper and paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Shake chicken, flour, salt, pepper and paprika in bag.
Fry chicken in olive oil until browned well.
When browned, add onion, cooking sherry and water to chicken and simmer with lid for 1 hour.
Remove chicken.
Add sour cream, mayonnaise and parsley to drippings.
Stir until blended well.
Heat, but do not boil.
Pour over chicken.
Serve.
