Freezer Slaw
Freezer Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. vinegar, 1/4 c. water, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. mustard seed and 1 tsp. celery seed (if desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Chop vegetables any way you wish and add salt.
Let stand for 1 hour, then pour and squeeze off all liquids.
Add first mixture. Mix together well and put in cartons.
Freeze.
When you thaw, drain off liquid and add mayonnaise or dressing if you wish.
