Freezer Pickles
Freezer Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 c. sliced cucumbers, 1 c. sliced onion, 1 tbsp. salt, red or green peppers (as desired) and 1 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix and let stand for 2 hours: cucumbers, onion, salt and red or green peppers.
Boil and let cool: vinegar, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed.
Pour over first mixture.
Let stand in fridge for 2 or 3 days.
Freeze in pint containers.
Makes 4 pints.
