Freezer Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with sliced cucumbers (bread and butter style; enough to fill gal. jug), 3 or 4 onions, sliced, 3/4 c. vinegar, 1/4 c. water and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat just to dissolve, the vinegar, water, sugar, salt and celery seed.
Cool and pour over cucumbers and onions.
Put in refrigerator.
Ready to eat the next day.
