Freezer Dessert
Freezer Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. rice krispies cereal, 1/4 c. oleo or butter, melted, 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1/2 to 1 c. coconut and 1 qt. or more ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix cereal, oleo or butter, sugar and coconut together.
Line an 8 x 8-inch pan.
Top with ice cream and put in freezer until set.
Cut into servings and top with cherry pie filling (or other pie mix).
Makes 8 servings.
May double for larger groups.
