Freezer Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese, 1 small (3 oz.) cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1 c. sugar and 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix cottage cheese and cream cheese.
Add sugar and whipped cream.
Mix well with mixer.
Place graham cracker crumbs in 8 x 8-inch pan.
Pour mixture over crumbs.
Sprinkle crumbs on top. Freeze for several hours.
Let sit in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours until softened before serving.
(Also good frozen.)
