Franks 'n' Sweets
Franks 'N' Sweets is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) can sweet potatoes, 1/2 lb. frankfurters, 1/4 c. butter, 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar and 1/4 c. french's mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cut sweet potatoes in half; cut frankfurters in quarters.
Melt butter in small pan; stir in brown sugar and mustard.
Alternate layers of sweet potatoes and frankfurters in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Pour brown sugar mixture over casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbling hot.
