Franks Florentine
Franks Florentine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach or broccoli, cooked and drained, 1 1/2 c. cooked rice, 1 can cheese soup or 1 can mushroom soup with grated cheese added, 2 tbsp. minced onion and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Spread spinach in bottom of 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
Combine rice, soup, onion and milk; spoon over spinach.
Score half franks with an X-shaped cut; arrange on casserole, pressing into rice. Bake in moderate oven at 375Β° for 20 to 25 minutes, or until heated through.
