Frankfurter Puff
Frankfurter Puff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices firm white bread, 3/4 c. thinly sliced green onions, 6 eggs, 2 tsp. dry mustard and 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Remove crust from bread and cut in 1-inch squares.
Thinly slice franks on the diagonal.
Arrange half bread cubes in a well-buttered pan, 9 x 13-inch.
Place 1/2 franks, onions and cheese over bread.
Repeat these layers.
Beat together egg, milk and seasoning.
Pour mixture evenly over cheese and dust with paprika.
Add more milk if cheese is not covered.
Cover and chill overnight.
