Frango Style Mints
Frango Style Mints is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 2 c. sifted powdered sugar, 4 sq. chocolate, melted, 4 eggs and 3/4 tsp. peppermint, rum or almond flavoring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream butter and sugar.
Add chocolate; blend with beater. Add 1 egg at a time and beat well after each for at least 1 minute.
Add flavoring.
Pour into 12 paper lined cupcakes.
Keep in refrigerator.
When ready to serve, decorate with whipped cream, cherries, slivered almonds or crushed peppermint.
