Fran's Cheese Cake
Fran'S Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. sour cream, 1 lb. ricotta, 1 lb. cream cheese, 4 eggs and 1/4 lb. butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Blend together cream cheese and Ricotta until smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time, sugar, melted butter, flour and cornstarch. Add vanilla and lemon juice.
Last, blend in sour cream.
Pour batter into spring-form pan.
Bake 1 hour in 350Β° oven.
Do not open oven door!
After 1 hour, check cake (it should be slightly browned on top).
Shut oven off.
Leave cake in oven about 1 1/2 hours with door slightly open.
Can be served with fruit topping.
